None beyond the role
When your procurement desk asks a supplier for a quote, the supplier gets an email with a personal link. No account or sign-in is needed. Send them this article if they have questions.
Open the request
The page Supplier quotation shows who it is for (For …), what is needed, the Quantity and, if set, Needed by. At the bottom it shows when the link expires.
Submit the quote
- Enter the Unit price and choose the Currency.
- If you like, fill in Lead time (days, optional) and Notes (optional).
- Select Submit quote.
The page then shows Your quote was submitted. Thank you. A quote can be submitted once. To change it, contact the company that asked.
When the link is closed
The link is valid for 14 days. It also closes when the request is cancelled, awarded or the purchase has started. The page then shows This link is no longer open.
Your team compares the quotes and awards one. See Procurement desk and supplier quotes.
