Requirements

None beyond the role

Every browser, phone and desktop app where you are signed in is a linked device. You see them all in one list and can end any of them.

See your devices

  1. Open the account menu (your photo) and choose Account and security.
  2. Scroll to Linked devices.

Each row shows the device, Last active, when it was signed in and whether it is kept signed in. This device marks the one you are using. You also see Local network or Location unknown, and how it signed in: Signed in with password, or a QR tag.

Sign out a device

  • Select Sign out next to a device to end it.
  • Select Sign out all other devices to keep only the one you are using.

Signing out a device ends it right away, including any open tabs on it. Do this at once if you lose a phone or laptop, then change your password.

Lost the phone with your authenticator app? See I lost the phone with my authenticator.

Sign in on a computer with your phone

If your company allows QR code sign-in, you can sign in on a computer without typing your password:

  1. On the computer, open the Dromix sign-in page. On a wide screen the panel Sign in with your phone shows a QR code. On a narrow screen select Use QR code instead (Use password instead goes back).
  2. On your phone, open Dromix, tap your photo, then Link a device.
  3. Point the phone at the QR code. The phone asks Sign in on this computer? and shows the location, the website and how long the computer stays signed in.
  4. Under Tap the number shown on the computer, tap the number the computer shows.

The phone shows Computer signed in and the computer opens Dromix. A code lasts 60 seconds; the panel counts down and shows a new one by itself.

Only link computers you trust. Anyone using it can read your chats. If you did not start this sign-in, tap It wasn't me: nobody is signed in and your admins see the report in the audit log.

Deny simply refuses the sign-in.
