What the ⚡ icons on the board mean

When a deal enters a stage with automations, icons and badges on its card show what ran. The ⚡ chip lists every action, when and to whom.

Requirements

  • CRM access (department, personal grant or channel)

A Company admin can set automations per stage, such as an email, a task or a proposal draft. See Stage automations: message customers when a deal changes stage. When you move a deal into such a stage, the card shows you what happened.

What you see

  1. Small icons fly out of the card, one for each action.
  2. Badges appear on the card: ✓ for an action that worked, ✕ for one that failed.
  3. A ⚡ chip with the number of actions stays on the card.

A failed action flies back and drops onto the card with a red ✕.

The icons

✉️Email sent
📅Booking link sent
💬WhatsApp or chat message sent
📝Task created
📄Proposal or contract draft created
🧾Invoice created

The ⚡ chip

Select the ⚡ chip to open Automations that ran: each action, the time and who got it (To …). A failed action shows the reason, for example a missing email address.

After a reload, the chip is shown for deals moved in the last 24 hours.

Turn the animations off

Open Settings → Sounds and ringtones and switch off Automation animations. Icons fly out of a deal card when stage automations run. Off, or with reduced motion on, you only see the badges.

A failed action does not undo the stage move. Fix the cause, for example add the customer's email, and do the step by hand.
