Add a web form to your website
Create a contact form, choose its fields and where submissions go, allow your websites, and embed it as a script, iframe, HTML form or shareable link.

A web form is a contact form for your website. Each submission arrives in Dromix as a leadLead A new enquiry that has not been qualified yet, for example a WhatsApp message, a web form or an imported row. You work a lead and then convert it into a deal or dismiss it. with the source Web form, or opens a deal straight away. Owner and Company admin set forms up.
Open Company admin → Sales & integrations → Integrations → Web forms and select New form.
Build the form
- Enter the Form name. It is shown on the lead (Arrived from Web form · name) and as the page title.
- Under Fields, choose which fields to Show and which are Required. Email or phone must stay on. + Add a field adds your own question as short text, long text or a choice. Extra answers are saved on the lead timeline with the message.
- Under Where submissions go, choose: - Lead queue: someone reviews the lead and converts it to a deal. - Pipeline stage: a deal is opened straight away in the pipeline and stage you choose. Pick an Owner or leave it unassigned; the owner is notified as usual.
- Under After sending, write the Thank-you message, or send visitors to a page of your website.
- Under Allowed websites, enter your domains, one per line. Subdomains are included. Only these sites (https) can show the form or send to it.
- Under Look, choose the Theme, Brand color, Button text and, if you need one, a Consent checkbox (optional).
- Select Create form.
A person who already has an open deal or lead is not duplicated: the submission is added to that timeline.
With brands, a form that sends to Lead queue has a Brand: leads from it belong to that brand. A form that opens deals takes the brand of its pipeline, and the pipeline list is grouped by brand.
Add it to your website
Under Add it to your website, choose the Embed type and select Copy:

If your website is not under Allowed websites, the embed is blocked. The Form preview is live: a test submission creates a real lead.
Manage forms
The list shows each form's submissions, how many were blocked as spam and when the last one came in. Untick Accept submissions to pause a form. Remove form stops the link and every embed at once; leads it already created stay.
