Where is my data stored?

Your company runs Dromix on its own server. Your data is stored there, not with Dromix.
What is encrypted
- Chats between colleagues, work items (approvals, requests, tasks) and your notes are encrypted. Only the people in them can read them, not even the server administrator.
- Your password and authenticator app protect your account and your encrypted message history.
What is not encrypted
- Customer data (Contacts, Companies, Leads, Deals, invoices) is stored on the company server so that people with CRM access can work with it.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook chats, and emails, pass through those services.
- Product details in purchase requests are shared with suppliers.
- The onboarding checklist and company settings are company process.
Backups
The server keeps backups. The Owner can see them and download an encrypted copy. See Backups.
Your rights
Your company is the controller of this workspace under data protection law (GDPR). You can download your data, restrict processing or ask for erasure in your account. See Your data. Your company decides on these requests.
