Dromix is not a public messenger or a hosted video tenant. It is a private, invite-only workspace on your VPS or dedicated server: we install it and apply app updates during the license year. The cards are the overview. Where a screen exists in the product, the card opens it: first the idea, then the actual interface.

A private note on the person, not lost in the thread.
While you chat, add a note about who you are talking to. Open My notes in the main menu to find every note by person, edit it, and keep following the relationship. Only you can read it; it is encrypted on this device.

Threads
Start a thread from any message. Keep the main chat clean.
Open the menu on a message and choose Reply in thread. The side panel shows the original line and every reply. The main chat only shows a reply count, so invoice follow-ups stay off the main stream.

Directory lists every employee by group and department. Search by name, title, or team. Tap a person to start an encrypted chat. Tap Note to keep a private note on that person, the same notes you follow in My notes.

A conversation becomes a task, a leave request, or an IT ticket in two clicks. Every item is routed by role and department. The server never reads the content, because the body is encrypted with the same keys as your messages.
One inbox collects everything waiting on you: decisions to make, work assigned to you, and requests you sent. The badge only clears when the item is closed.

Onboarding
New teammates know what to do on day one.
Every new account gets a checklist built from your company steps plus the ones that belong to their department. Nobody has to ask what happens next.
Steps tick themselves off as people finish a profile, turn on two-factor authentication, or join their department channel, and admins can see, per person, what is still pending.
Privacy
Closed-circuit by design, not by policy.
Company chat on public apps can leak into personal devices, cloud backups, and outside contacts. Dromix keeps internal writing on a private circuit: invite-only accounts, end-to-end encryption, and ciphertext stored on the server.

Apps
Windows desktop after you sign in, plus a PWA for phones.
Employees download the Windows app from inside their signed-in workspace. That copy opens only that company server and stays in the system tray. On phones, install the Progressive Web App from the browser.
Desktop
After you log in, download Dromix for Windows from the app. The installer is bound to this workspace and the address cannot be changed. Closing the window leaves it in the tray. Chrome and Edge can still install the PWA if you prefer the browser.
Mobile
On Android, install from the browser prompt. On iPhone, use Share → Add to Home Screen. You get a full-screen chat with the same encryption as desktop.
Notifications
The desktop app keeps the connection alive in the tray, so incoming chats and calls ring without waiting for a browser wake-up. On phones, allow notifications after you install the PWA. Quiet hours follow the timezone on your profile.

What happens after you inquire
There is no card form on this site. A person closes the order.
1. Send the form
Choose a plan and tell us seats, company, and a work email.
2. Quote and invoice
Sales confirms the plan, extra seats, currency, and VAT, then sends a quote.
3. License
After payment we issue a yearly license bound to your company and domain.
4. We install on your server
You buy a VPS or dedicated server running Ubuntu at the recommended size and give us SSH. We install Dromix. During the license year we apply application updates. Machine backups and OS patches stay with you.

FAQ
Does the price include the VPS or dedicated server?+
No. You pay an annual software license to us. You buy a VPS or dedicated server from any provider (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or hardware you already run). We only recommend CPU, RAM, and disk.
Do you install and update Dromix?+
Yes. Every plan includes installation on your Ubuntu VPS or dedicated server and Dromix application updates during the license year. We do not back up the machine or patch the OS. Those stay yours.
Do we get the source code?+
No. Customers receive signed Docker images and a license key, not the git repository. Source is not part of Starter, Business, or Enterprise unless a separate written contract says so.
Where does our data live?+
On the server you control. Message bodies are end-to-end encrypted; the app stores ciphertext. Backups of that machine are your operations work unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What happens when the license expires?+
The workspace keeps running for people already on it, but new invitations stop until you renew. Sales will send a renewal quote before the term ends.
How are extra seats priced?+
Starter is $40 per extra seat per year. Business is $30. Enterprise seats above 250 are quoted. Unused seats in the bundle are not refunded mid-term.
Is there a trial?+
There is no self-serve trial. Ask sales if a time-boxed evaluation license on your VPS or dedicated server makes sense.
What does support cover?+
Email during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 Europe/Istanbul. Business and Enterprise: first response within 8 business hours. Included: license, installation, Dromix application updates during the license year, and product defects. Not included by default: your server going down, OS patching, machine backups, or custom development.
Is SSO included?+
Not in this release. There is no SAML or OIDC login yet. Enterprise can put SSO in a contract as a scoped delivery. Do not buy Enterprise expecting SSO to work on day one.
Is there a Windows desktop app?+
Yes, after you sign in. Open Dromix in the browser, then download the Windows app from your account. That copy opens only your company server; the address cannot be changed. Closing the window leaves it in the system tray. You can also keep using Chrome or Edge, or install the PWA from the address bar.
Where is the Android or iOS app?+
Phones use the PWA. Install it from the browser on Android, or Add to Home Screen on iPhone. There is no store listing. After you allow notifications, alerts still arrive when the app is closed. On iPhone you must open Dromix from the Home Screen icon first. Windows has a separate desktop app that stays in the tray.
Are meetings included? Do we still need Zoom?+
Yes. Every plan includes meeting rooms on your VPS or dedicated server: invite people from the directory, camera, screen share, and in-meeting chat. One-to-one voice and video from a chat are separate. There is no Zoom or Google Meet tenant. Heavy meeting use may need the larger server we recommend on Enterprise.
Can we watch the server room camera remotely?+
Yes. Keep the admin account signed in on the computer in the room. From your phone or another PC, sign in with the same account and tap Watch live. That computer answers immediately and streams its camera and microphone. It stays on your VPS. There is no separate CCTV product.
Are notes on a person private?+
Yes. You add a note from the chat menu on that person. My notes in the main menu lists every note by contact so you can edit or delete it. Only you can read them. They are encrypted on this device, not shared in the thread.
Can we start a thread from a chat message?+
Yes. Open the menu on a message and choose Reply in thread. Replies open in a side panel under that message. The main chat shows a reply count so the follow-up does not fill the stream.
