Make voice and video calls
Call a colleague with voice or video, start a group call in a channel, share your screen and find missed calls in Call history.

You can call anyone you chat with directly from Dromix, with voice or video.
Call one person
- Open the chat with the person.
- Select Voice call or Video call at the top.
- The other person's devices ring. When they accept, you are connected.
You can also start a call from Call history with New call, or from a person's profile in the Directory.
During a call you can Mute, turn the camera on or off (Camera on / Camera off), Share screen and End call. Minimize call keeps the call running while you use the rest of Dromix.
Call a group
- Open a group channel and select Voice call or Video call.
- Choose Start group call to ring everyone in the channel, or pick one person under Call one person.
A group call opens a meeting room for the channel. Everyone in the channel is rung, and whoever accepts joins.
Call history
Call history in the menu lists the voice and video calls you made or received in this browser. Missed calls are marked in red. Select a name to call back, or Clear to empty the list.
The call history is kept on your device. Another computer, browser or the phone app shows its own list.
If the call does not start

On an iPhone, calls only ring while Dromix is closed if you added Dromix to the Home Screen from Safari and turned notifications on there. See Notifications.
Guest Guests can call the people in the chats they were added to.
