Possible duplicate companies
Review companies that may be the same, keep one and merge the others into it, or mark them as not the same. Dromix never merges companies on its own.

None beyond the role
Dromix links each company name typed on a contact, lead or deal to one company. Names that differ only in case or spaces share one company. Less certain matches, such as Acme Ltd and ACME Limited or two companies with the same business email domain, are only suggested. Owner and Company admin decide.
Open Company admin → Company → Settings → CRM fields and scroll to Companies.
Link company names
The top line shows how many companies you have. If it says Company names typed on records are not linked yet., select Link now. Dromix shows how many records are waiting and how many new and existing companies they go to. When it is done you see Company names linked.
Free email domains such as gmail.com and your own company's domains never identify a company.
Review possible duplicates
Under Possible duplicates, each group shows the companies with their people, deals and leads.
- Choose the Company to keep.
- Select Merge and confirm Merge into …?.
People, deals, leads, notes and tags move to the company you keep. The others are deleted. This can't be undone.
If they are different companies, select Not the same. The group no longer appears.
With nothing to review you see No possible duplicates. Companies are never merged automatically.
