Terms of sale and use
These pages describe how Dromix is sold today. The signed quote or contract controls if they differ.
What you are buying
Dromix is a self-hosted software license. You receive Docker images and a license key for a named company and seat count, for one year unless the quote says otherwise. On every plan we install Dromix on your VPS or dedicated server and apply application updates during the license term. You are not buying a hosted SaaS tenant, a server, machine backups, or the source code.
Who sells it
The product is Dromix. The contracting party, tax number, and invoice currency are stated on the quote sales sends you. Until that quote exists, a form on this site is an inquiry, not an order.
Payment
There is no online checkout and no card is collected here. Payment is arranged with a sales representative by invoice. Prices on the brochure are in USD and exclude VAT unless the quote says otherwise.
Your server
You buy and provide a VPS or dedicated server (typically Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04) and pay the hoster. We install Dromix and apply Dromix updates during the license year. You remain responsible for machine backups, OS patches, and the hoster bill. We recommend a server size per plan; it is a recommendation, not a managed-hosting or backup promise.
License term
When the license expires, new invitations are blocked until you renew. Existing accounts are not deleted by expiry alone. Extra seats are billed as listed or quoted. Mid-term unused seats are not refunded.
Support
Support is email on business days, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Istanbul. Business and Enterprise include a first-response target of 8 business hours. That is not an uptime SLA for your VPS or dedicated server. Every plan includes installation and Dromix application updates; machine backups and OS patches are not included. We do not promise SAML/OIDC SSO in the current product; Enterprise may add it only in a written scope.
Acceptable use
Dromix is for the licensee’s organization. You must not resell the images, share the license key, or use the software to provide a public messaging service to third parties.
Personal data
The Privacy notice and Data processing addendum (GDPR) describe roles, legal bases, and data-subject rights. On a customer VPS the licensee is controller of workspace data; we are processor only for contracted install and support. Submitting the sales form is a request to take steps toward a contract.
