I can only sign in from the office or VPN
Your company limits Dromix to its own networks. Connect to the office network or VPN, or ask a Company admin to check the allowed networks.

None beyond the role
Your company can allow Dromix only from its office network or VPN. Outside those networks, you cannot sign in, and a session you already have stops working.
What you see
- After the authenticator code, the sign-in page says Sign-in is limited to the company network or VPN.
- Without an authenticator, the sign-in page only says Invalid email or password, even when your password is right. Dromix does not reveal the reason at this step.
- If you were already signed in and leave the network, Dromix stops loading and sends you back to sign-in.
What to do
- Connect to your company's VPN, or go back on the office network.
- Reload the page and sign in again.
- Still blocked? Your VPN may use an address that is not on the allowed list. Ask your Company admin.
For admins
The allowed networks are in Company admin → Company → Settings → Security & sign-in, under Allowed office / VPN CIDRs. See Office and VPN networks.
- With Apply IP restriction to members and guests only (owners and admins exempt) on, the Owner and Company admins can still sign in from anywhere.
- Failed and blocked sign-ins appear in the audit log.
